Inspection Contractor needed for a contract opportunity with SOC's client in Londonderry, NH. Contract Length: 12+ Months Responsibilities Responsible for in-process and final inspection of client's products Perform visual inspections of electrical components and assemblies using magnifiers, microscopes, and other non-complex tools Able to follow and comply with documents such as work instructions, safety rules and departmental instructions Review of documentation (route sheets, test sheets, and logbooks, etc.) Performs accurate data and record keeping Communicate findings through NCMR process for immediate action Support Lean manufacturing efforts through continuous process improvement Perform basic computer activities Perform internal Calibration, Chemical, Work Instruction and Process audits Participate in meetings and working groups to solve problems, communicate issues, obtain approvals, and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new requirements or policies Qualifications: 4 years related experience or 2 years post- Secondary/Associates Degree with 0-2 years prior related experience. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills combined with meticulous recordkeeping practices Ability to work with multiple disciplines from Operations, Engineering and Management Exceptional attention to detail Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and practices An understanding of electronic, optical, and mechanical assemblies Computer skills Must be able to perform light physical activities such as lifting and unpacking boxes, turning dials and knobs, opening and closing latches and covers Employment Pre-requisites The following requirements must be met to be eligible for this position: successful completion of a background investigation, drug urinalysis, and verified compliance with Executive Order 14042, Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors.
