Product Strategist, Principal - Individual & Family Plans

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, or related healthcare field) strongly preferred
• Requires at least 10 years of prior relevant experience, including in managed healthcare
• Requires experience with strategic design and using performance indicators to align with business unit goals and company objectives
• Requires broad healthcare industry knowledge and thorough understanding of health care financing elements with medical groups, IPAs, and other providers
• Requires experience gathering and evaluating external competitor information and insights
• Experience utilizing third party network analysis tools to define and identify opportunities or gaps strongly preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills including the ability to create and deliver clear, powerful, and concise presentations/ proposals and translating strategic and business goals into visual deliverables
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills and proven ability to drive data driven decisions

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is: $ 145970.00 to $ 218900.00 for California.
