Your Role

The Customer Experience and Digital Transformation team is accountable for Blue Shield of California's digital experience as well as its end-to-end member experience strategy and governance. The Executive Assistant will report to the Vice President, Customer Experience and Digital Transformation. In this role you will provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President and director(s), managing complex calendars, arranging travel, handling communications, prioritizing inquiries, preparing documents, and overseeing various office tasks, essentially acting as a key point of contact and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive's day-to-day activities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Your Knowledge and Experience

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience
  • Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Requires critical thinking skills
  • Requires strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple demands
  • Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is: $ 73590.00 to $ 102850.00 for California.

Blue Shield salaries are based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, location (California, Bay area, or outside California), and current employee salaries for similar roles.
