Applicants must not currently be certified as Nursing Assistants or have completed a Nursing Assistant course. Selected candidates will enroll in a paid, 4-week (120-hour) Nursing Assistant course provided The Whitney and Elizabeth MacMillan Community and Education Center in Minneapolis, MN. The coursework includes a mix of in-person and virtual instruction. Upon completing the course, participants will take the Minnesota CNA Registry Exam. Graduates will transition into one of the following open Nursing Assistant positions:

Pay Range Pay Range: $18.09 to $24.64 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
