How you'll make an impact:
In this role, the Senior Advanced Measurement Solutions Lead will be integrated into full lifecycle of campaign measurement workflows - taking project ownership of key measurement vendor and technology workflows, operational steps and documents for attribution and advanced measurement services. You'll be a key contributor to the Ad Measurement Partnerships team and Sales Research resource. You'll leverage third-party solutions to measure campaign effectiveness, identify key drivers of success, and provide insights to prove SiriusXM Media's value to agency and client partners in support of revenue. The ideal candidate will excel in organization, prioritization, and efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced data driven and measurement first environment.

What you'll do:

  • Train and enable broader Client Services and Measurement Subject Matter Expert team members, from managers down on measurement partnerships team behalf to handle operational measurement requests at scale. Inclusive of Legacy Attribution Vendors and emerging measurement tech partners across (Media Mix Modeling, MTA, Attribution Studies, Data Clean Rooms).
  • Support all Media Mix Modeling ads data feed requests through use of emerging 3rd party ad tech partnerships and 1st party platform data delivery solutions.
  • Assist with all day-to-day operations of vendor enablement and workflows, training, collateral creation and billing.
  • Troubleshoot complex ad measurement tech challenges and issues.
  • Work with client services department to conduct ongoing training on topics including advanced measurement requests across campaign setup, tagging, activation and reporting.
  • Build standardized and advanced cost per, ROAs reporting templates with measurement vendors and client services department leads
  • Develop and maintain step-by-step guides for each vendor within internal tools in tandem with vendor support teams and client service members.
  • Create best practice guides for each vendor and measurement category.
  • Provide advanced campaign analytics, insights. reporting, case studies and wrap decks.
  • Assist with account-by-account measurement questions and troubleshoot across general campaign operational needs.
  • Assist with advanced measurement campaign setup processes across preferred measurement vendors and measurement tech providers SiriusXM Media is integrated with
  • Maintain, review and enforce measurement Service Level Agreements
  • Document measurement tagging and vendor issues and discrepancies for each vendor to proactively assist with future troubleshooting.
  • Work with ad tech department to certify new measurement vendor technology for Sales and Client Service use.
  • Track measurement vendor usage and impression volumes for billing and internal analysis purposes.
  • Assist with billing, budgeting and all measurement contract management workflows.
  • Build and execute end to end ad measurement strategies to support Core accounts as well as key Growth accounts
  • Proactively assist with sell-through of data driven advertising programs to performance focused advertisers across Core accounts and key Growth clients
  • Partner with Core accounts and ad revenue sales leads to elevate SiriusXM Media's profile as a must buy business and media partner through ad measurement solutions
  • Meet individual goals through deep understanding of SiriusXM Media's digital product portfolio, value prop and available ad inventory (including streaming audio, podcasts, video, display and custom marketing programs)
  • Regularly prepare and present campaign results, findings and custom insights to key clients/agencies during QBR processes
  • Eye for identifying and onboarding strategic revenue endeavors and knack for cross-organizational collaboration
  • Build relationships with Core and Growth performance clients through zoom, in person meetings and email interactions
  • Ensure clients and SiriusXM Media sellers receive the highest level of support and operational customer service
  • Create innovative solutions for achieving clients Brand-Performance and DTC objectives through attribution ad measurement and media mix requirements
  • Help advance senior level agency and advertiser relationships in order to effectively support Core and Growth account ad revenue
  • Leverage strong analytical skills to quickly interpret conversion data and insights to maximize campaign effectiveness to capture incremental revenue and new business

What you'll need:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Advertising, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a digital analytics role, focusing on supporting ad sales
  • 5+ years of experience in conducting and analyzing online research
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus exceptional analytical abilities
  • Detail oriented, with a talent for crafting insightful stories from data
  • Client management and consulting experience
  • Strong quantitative market research experience ideally focused on digital media measurement or brand advertising research
  • Knowledge of ad tag structure and site pixel implementation preferred.
  • Direct experience with attribution vendors like Claritas, Neustar, MagellanAI, Podscribe, etc. is a plus
  • Comfortable interfacing directly with agency and brand analytics leaders as well as measurement vendor support leads.
  • Proficient at using Salesforce, Google Docs, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams across Sales, Client Services, Ad Tech, Ad Ops, Ad Product, Engineering.
  • Demonstrate ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Proven ability to maximize utility of a broad range of research resources
  • Ensure that research projects adhere to established timelines and best practices in the setup phase
  • Possess the ability to manage and deliver multiple advertising effectiveness studies simultaneously
  • Serve as a consultant and resource to the SiriusXM Media sales team, as well as external clients & agencies, to execute impactful campaign research
  • Maintain norms and benchmarks by industry to give context to individual campaign performance.
  • Identify new methods for optimizing brand campaigns through meta-analysis across studies to better understand drivers of brand lift
  • Support the creation of sales presentations to present results and strategic insights, next steps and competitive analysis
  • Proactively identify new resources and methodologies that advance business goals
  • Manage ad effectiveness research implementation and delivery
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $68,500 - $92,750 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
