MSO Processor

The MSO\FLVAB Processor is responsible for ensuring all Avis Budget Group MSO paperwork is processed timely and accurately. Respond to incoming calls and e-mails promptly, providing all necessary research and documentation needed. In addition to overseeing Florida retitle request.

What you'll do:

• Process MSOs, by keying in VRU etc.
• Conduct plate checks
• Send and reply to emails.
• Complete Zendesk ticket request
• Create and send Retitle Report
• Shipping Physical Titles
• Create and send MSO report
• Attend meetings to discuss processes and ways to improve productivity

What we're looking for:

• Punctual and reliable
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Detail oriented
• Able to type a minimum of 35 wpm
• Ability to work within different computer programs simultaneously.
• Can follow multi-step directions
• High School degree/GED required
• 3-5 years data entry experience, customer service skills required. Must be PC literate (MS office/Excel)

Skills and abilities you should have:

• Excellent data entry skills, multi-tasking, and organizational skills, good verbal and written communication skills required.
• Good analytical skills and some macro knowledge are preferred. Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
