We are excited to add a new Strategic Procurement Manager to our Strategic Procurement team! This role will pay a base salary between $119,000 - $145,000 based on previous life science experience, location, and other factors. POSITION SUMMARY: This position works within the Strategic Procurement function for all indirect and direct spend categories. Includes providing enterprise-wide strategic procurement support to deliver against company financial and operational objectives including cost savings, supplier management and rationalization, and standardizing sourcing and purchasing practices. Will lead internal, cross-functional stakeholder teams through a structured sourcing processes to capture business requirements, analyze suppliers, develop category and sourcing strategy, select suppliers, and negotiate agreements that deliver value to the business. In certain cases, may manage supplier relationships to include business reviews and issue resolution. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
