Job Summary

The Residential Construction Project Administrator provides project management and administrative assistance to the Construction Department; responsible for effectively coordinating and communicating all aspects of renovations and construction repairs made to homes at Eglin/Hurlburt while collaborating with property management, residents, military housing office (MHO), military partners, sub-contractors and vendors.

Required Qualifications

  • EDUCATION REQUIREMENT - High School graduate or GED
  • 3-5 years of experience in property management, customer service, or construction-related field.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proficient with project management software, such as Monday.com.
  • Proficient with MS Office Software, including MS Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook.
  • Familiar with/able to use property management software, such as RealPage, Yardi, etc.
  • Basic financial skills to ensure proper accounting and documentation of residency management.
  • Ability to pass a state and federal background check to obtain access to the installation; ability to pass a 12-panel pre-employment drug test
  • Valid driver's license; must be able to meet a Motor Vehicle Review in accordance with Company policy; Note: Employee will be required to use personal vehicle for on-the-job transportation

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting on Eglin AFB. May be required to travel on occasion to Hurlburt AFB

This role requires regular use of the telephone and email for communication. Prolonged sitting and frequent use of hands and fingers for tasks such as typing and handling documents are common. The ability to hear and see well enough to engage in conversations, receive information, and review documents is beneficial.

Some lifting is expected. Exertion of up to 25 lbs. of force may occasionally be required. Manual dexterity is beneficial for operating standard office equipment, including computers, calculators, and copiers. However, reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed.

The employee is frequently required to walk. May be required occasionally to reach, stoop, grasp, kneel, and crouch.
