The College of Medicine Center for Student Success is seeking to hire an Academic Advisor/Senior Academic Advisor to work with the Medical Sciences and Public Health undergraduate students, staff, and faculty to meet our program's objectives. The Center for Student Success (CSS) works to identify and recruit a student body of future leaders in the fields of clinical practice (including medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, and other healthcare professions), medical research, and public health. The selected candidate will provide academic advising, intervention, support services, and programming to students. The position requires a high degree of accountability, responsibility and a strong student-centric approach. The individual will be expected to exercise sound judgment as it relates to dealing with students, faculty, staff, administrative personnel, and parents. Essential Functions
