THE JOB:

As a Crepe Maker, you will be responsible for crepe menu products and the cleanliness of the dining area. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE:$25.9771

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Refill and restock crepe menu products, viennoiserie, pastries, gelato, ice coolers, beverage coolers, pantry coolers, and condiment drawers, ensuring the sales floor is maintained and deliveries are unpacked and put away.

• Communicate with management, chef, and culinary staff to address any issues or needs from guests and employees.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages, including knowledge of retail pastries for weddings and special occasions.

• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned, label products used in crepes, and keep the dining area clean by clearing tables and counters when there are no crepe orders.

• Operate and clean equipment such as crepe machines, whipped cream machines, blenders, coffee makers, and other related tools.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience as a bakers' helper

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
