Summary:

In this role, you will manage and own projects or processes by applying a high level of strategy while having the ability to delegate to others as needed. You will drive accountability for defined business results and key operational performance metrics. You will evaluate processes and review opportunities for adjustments and / or improvements while working with senior management and other business leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business operations, analyses, or initiatives.

  • Lead employees in data analysis projects.

  • Deliver customized analyses, leveraging internal and external as well as structured and unstructured datasets.

  • Utilize advanced modeling techniques; handle large data sets.

  • Identify gaps in existing reporting and analytical processes, taking immediate action to address.

  • Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and / or complexity to ensure quality and timely project delivery.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and member leaders; identifies needs and reaches appropriate compromises to ensure alignment with desired outcomes and expectations.

  • Share professional recommendations and preferred courses of action with leadership and external stakeholders.

  • Influence decision making at highest levels of the organization.

  • Prepares and communicates complex information to a wide range of technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and / or understand current business processes.

  • Develop and guide other team members on best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 7 or more years of relevant experience is required.

  • Advanced knowledge of applications including, but not limited to, MS Office Applications - Excel, PowerPoint and Access.

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability and experience leading teams desired.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $77,400.00 to $135,400.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
