About the Role We are seeking a talented and versatile Digital Content Specialist to join our Creative Services Team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and managing digital assets that support our brand, marketing campaigns, and business objectives. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Services Manager to provide support across the company producing high-quality multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and web designs, while ensuring alignment with brand standards. As a Digital Content Specialist, you will also contribute to a variety of areas including: Content Creation:
- Design compelling digital assets, including graphics, illustrations, and animations for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging video content, including editing, motion graphics, and storytelling, for a variety of platforms.
Web Design:
- Design and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly web pages in collaboration with developers.
- Ensure websites are optimized for performance, accessibility, and SEO.
Brand and Marketing Support:
- Develop creative assets for email marketing, online advertisements, and digital presentations.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and meet campaign objectives.
Project Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
Analytics and Optimization:
- Track the performance of digital media campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to drive innovation.
About You You're a good fit for the role of Digital Content Specialist if you have/are:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital media, marketing, or a related field, equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, video creation, or digital media production.
- Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong knowledge of web design principles, including HTML/CSS (preferred but not required).
- Skilled in supporting large-scale proposal management through the development and execution of dynamic multimedia content.
- Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling presentations and digital assets that drive engagement and meet strategic objectives.
- Experience in UX/UI and Accessibility design.
- Experience in motion graphics and video editing.
- Experience with SEO and digital marketing analytics tools.
- Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Elementor)
- Familiarity with tools like XD, Figma, Sketch, or other prototyping software.
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
- Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship essential to comply with government contract/agency or department of Federal Government requirements.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $56,000 - $104,000.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
