You will support all event activations at Red Bull North America. As experts in events, we strategically support Red Bull to maximize event solutions. You will manage your regional network of vendor partners who provide inventory, warehousing, maintenance, transportation and labor services for Red Bull events. You will interface with marketing and sales teams to provide operational efficiencies. You will support key initiatives by providing detailed documentation and aligning with stakeholders to ensure the fast-paced landscape of event production is run efficiently. You will report an Event Logistics Manager and be part of an exciting national team EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 3+ years of experience in large-scale events, specifically experience with the full event production process (pre-planning, on-site execution, post-production) with demonstrated knowledge of event logistics, warehousing, and transportation Experience with event production, marketing operations, and logistics Exposure to methods for moving goods by air, rail, sea, or road Strong project management skills and the ability to lead planning, schedules, estimates, budgeting, resource plans, and status reports Critical thinker with the ability to make informed decisions to support business needs Navigate and influence throughout a matrixed organization Travel 50-60% Permanent Benefits eligible
