Job Title: Floating Teller - Annapolis, MD
Job Description To provide members and prospective members with the full range of products and services offered including depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust, and estate accounts; Lending products; and credit/debit cards. Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service to members and prospective members. * Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately. * Manage customer accounts and assist with administrative tasks. * Promote and sell banking products and services. * Assist members with their banking needs, including loans and credit/debit cards. Essential Skills * Strong customer service skills. * Experience in cash handling. * Proficiency in account management and administration. * Sales and retail sales experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Confident and not afraid to talk to people. * Ability to think outside the box and handle rejections. * Some knowledge of banking or prior financial experience. Work Environment This is an on-site position at the branch, where you will be standing or sitting depending on business and member foot traffic. The schedule is Monday to Saturday, with one day off during the week if working on Saturday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Annapolis, Maryland. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
