TSC is seeking a Deployed Aircraft Mechanic (remote) to support the Manned Airborne Solutions Division. Our fleet includes Cessna 206, 337, and King Air 200/350 aircraft, operated globally. This role offers significant opportunities for career advancement and international travel.

The ideal candidate is a flexible, self-motivated team player with experience in general aviation maintenance, FAA regulations, and basic mathematics. Beyond aircraft maintenance, this position requires a willingness to support planning, construction, logistics, and other mission-related tasks.

This role follows a 90-day on, 90-day off rotational deployment, with assignments ranging from CONUS locations to the South Pacific.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and inspections on TSC aircraft per SOP and OEM-approved data.
  • Remove, replace, rig, and secure aircraft and powerplant components, including flight controls.
  • Ensure airworthiness through servicing, modifications, overhauls, and adherence to safety procedures.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete required documentation.
  • Keep a clean, safe work environment and operate equipment properly.
  • Develop work plans, meet schedules, and execute tasks with minimal supervision and rework.
  • Support team operations, collaborate effectively, and adapt to night/weekend shifts as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma with a minimum of five years of relevant aviation maintenance experience.
  • U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
  • Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
  • Experience with King Air aircraft maintenance.
  • Prior deployment experience in an aviation maintenance role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Inspection Authorization (IA) certification.
  • Experience supporting DoD operations in an OCONUS environment, with the ability to meet deployment requirements.
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to operate effectively in the absence of direct supervision.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
