Regulatory Specialist

Primary Qualifications:

* University / Bachelor's Degree in scientific discipline i.e. chemistry, food, biological or physical sciences

* 1-2 years of experience in a food, flavor, dietary supplement, or chemicals regulatory role

Technical Skills:

* Good knowledge of food, chemistry, or related disciplines

* Strong PC skills, including competency in MS Office products

* Basic understanding of business processes and internal systems

* Experience in hospitality/customer service

* Basic knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements

Core Responsibilities:

* Prepare and deliver product information and technical documentation promptly, according to customers' needs and regulatory requirements.

* Use Givaudan systems to complete tasks and manage data

* Provide internal customers with consistent and compliant formula reviews and documentation to meet global commercial, creation, and research initiatives

* Obtain thorough knowledge of customer requirements

* Identify and implement opportunities for efficiencies with current processes

* Interact with commercial teams to provide regulatory support

* Projects as assigned

* With support, begin to develop relationships with assigned customer contacts
