BE THE ISLAND GUIDE

  • Create a relaxed destination - Support Restaurant operations leadership through a variety of administrative tasks while exhibiting Core Values and modeling Hospitality Standards.
  • Prepare your crew - Location compliance expert when it comes to timely processing of information in Workday
  • Build the perfect oasis - Supports guest inquries and banquet orders for special events/occassions/parties.
  • Support your crew - Support a learning and nurturing environment for all Restaurant Team Members that promotes sales and service success and internal career growth.
  • Serve as contact and support for guest inquiries regarding banquets, and special events, including completing order forms and ensuring events are seamlessly completed to the satisfaction of the guest. Provide support to Event Sales Manager at locations that have Event Sales Managers.
  • Reconcile vendor invoices for accuracy, appropriately code invoices, obtain authorized signature and submit to AP for timely payment.

ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum two years bookkeeping and payroll processing experience
  • Minimum two years of office/administrative experience
  • 2-3 years prior hospitality or Restaurant experience.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills, listening skills, basic math skills, strong accuracy and organization skills, ability to multi-task, team player and a high level of confidentiality
  • Computer based skills - Windows and Microsoft Office, Point of Sales System, Internet/Intranet and Outlook e-mail

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Lift and/or move up to approximately 25 pounds frequently
  • Bending/stooping/kneeling required - frequently
  • Scheduled shifts determined by business needs
