This is a hybrid position which requires 8 days/month in the office. You can be based in our office in Washington DC. Existing work authorization is required at the time of application submission as WRI is unable to sponsor any visa work sponsorship for this position. To be eligible for this position in US, you must be a resident of DC, Maryland or Virginia at the start of employment. About the Program: WRI's new 5-year strategic plan commits us to build an inclusive, equitable and joyful organizational culture, strengthen organizational infrastructure, streamline systems, and achieve tighter operational integration. The Global HR team is responsible for enacting the support for this shift through our processes and policies. Job Highlight: Reporting to the Director of Employee Relations, you will integrate equity into your work. You will provide general support for several HR functions, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry. This position will require flexible work hours to support an international team. Potential Salary: US salary range is between 69,000 and 78,000 USD. Salary is commensurate with experience and other compensable factors.
