Purpose & Scope The SOL&D Preceptorship Program focuses on developing key capabilities in learning strategy, design, pharmaceutical training effectiveness, and sales operations. It involves leveraging software and creative design tools to enhance adult learning and gamification within Tolmar Training. The position applies insights from past experiences to improve training, operational processes, and technologies, aligning with the needs of next-generation commercial teams. Collaboration with cross-functional leaders across Tolmar is essential, while working within a highly productive and positive environment to implement best practices. Project Parameters
