Summary: In this role, you will use in-depth expertise to develop collaborative topic area content through research and collaboration with subject matter expert (SME) teams, with a primary focus on projects related to revenue cycle management, financial performance, payer strategies and expense management. You will facilitate collaborative improvement community connections (in a one-to-many model) from the recruitment of members to knowledge sharing of best practices to driving measurable improvement and change (e.g., reduction in length of stay, readmission, hospital acquired conditions). This role will also provide support to the PI Analytic team, which provides program-level analytics and works with colleagues to develop and deliver data insights and reporting. Responsibilities:

Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.This position is also incentive eligible. Vizient has a comprehensive benefits plan!
