This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams and locations. Blue Origin has a unique opportunity to direct our Global Mobility/Relocation business stream and act as the HR leader for any potential future M&A activities. As the principal for these workstreams, you will manage all aspects of our Global Mobility program including relocation service delivery management, short term assignments, business directed transfers and international assignments. You will be responsible for vendor management in this area and have direct ownership and accountability for Mobility program performance and employee experience. As part of this work, you will be the HR leader for potential international office expansion programs. Under the scope of this role, you will also be the HR leader for any future M&A activities. We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Global Mobility/Relocation: Manage the overall service delivery strategy and business model for Blue's Global Mobility program. Drive best practices and appropriate service and benefits to ensure that employee experience is excellent at the best value for the company. Oversee a Global Mobility program that includes employee movement and placement for relocations, international assignments, short term assignments and business directed transfers. Ensure a smooth transition that involves logistics, communication with employees and service providers, and execution of administrative tasks. In this role, you will work with human resources, legal, and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies, travel policies and immigration regulations. Key responsibilities include:
