Job Summary
Plan, coordinate and implement routine and/or complex Alumni activities. Such programs include maintaining alumni databases, alumni groups and club liaison, awards, volunteerism, on-line services and publications and related communication media. This position will interact on a regular basis with: Institute and corporate executives, Institute alumni and friends; department staff Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 - Coordinate activities (club meetings, parties, tours, special events, career fairs, reunions, etc.) aimed at promoting good relations with and among alumni Responsibilities
The External Relations Specialist (The Director of Alumni relations) will develop and implement strategic initiatives that increase opportunities for alumni to engage with the Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts and the colleges schools and units. This position will also establish connections and strengthen relationships with internal and external partners. Responsibilities will include:
