Your Role as a Registered Nurse

As a new graduate RN, you will play a vital role in patient care, safety, and outcomes. Your responsibilities include:

  • Delivering compassionate care and performing patient procedures within your scope of practice.
  • Practicing safe medication administration and monitoring patient responses.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and positive patient outcomes.
  • Participating in clinical pathways and care coordination initiatives.

What We're Looking For

To qualify for this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

  • BSN Degree preferred (ADN graduates welcome with commitment to obtain BSN)
  • Active RN License (or eligibility to sit for NCLEX)
  • BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
  • A passion for patient-centered care, learning, and professional growth

Your Commitment

We understand the dedication it takes to begin your nursing career. As part of this role, you will:

  • Work three (3) 12-hour shifts per week (rotating days & nights)
  • Be available to work every third weekend
  • Commit to one holiday per season
