Lead Business Process Analyst

The Lead Business Process Analyst is a key role for the division, responsible for customer data reporting, dispensing systems analytics and new dashboard development. This position has visibility both internal and external along with exposure to senior management. The TCD Business Process Analyst reports to the Director of Digital and will support field sales teams as primary customers.

What You Will Do:

  • Assists in development, testing, and implementation of TCD divisional Customer Service Reporting solutions via Wash Process Intelligence(WPI) software.
  • Provides Microsoft Dynamics CRM support to TCD users.
  • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards utilized by TCD users
  • Ideal candidates will demonstrate product ownership in Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics and work directly with developers and other BA's to build out system needs
  • Supports or facilitates building appropriate training materials relative to reporting or data entry
  • Provides assistance in developing divisional hardware/software standards.
  • Work closely with the business to understand the support requirements and needs.
  • Reports on aggregate metrics to TCD leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years professional work experience or no degree and 12 years combined education and equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards utilized
  • 3 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suites, specifically Excel
  • No immigration sponsorship available for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years' experience custom report development
  • 1 year's customer/field experience
  • 1 year's training experience
  • Strong technical understanding of PCs including software (i.e. Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access, VB, Crystal Reports, SharePoint, Intellisync, and Intranet/Internet)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a well-developed sense of timing, judgment and strategic thinking
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions
  • Proven effectiveness working with associates at all levels including senior leadership

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $104,700.00 - $157,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
