Corporate Counsel - Join Our High-Growth Tech Team! Shape the Future of Tech Law As we continue to scale, we're seeking anexperienced Corporate Counsel to join our high-growth tech company. This role offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally, providing strategic legal counsel on corporate governance, M&A, commercial contracts, and intellectual property in a fast-paced, transformative environment. This position reports directly to the General Counsel and offers high visibility across the organization, including regular interaction with the Executive Leadership Team. You'll be supported by an experienced Senior Paralegal and intern legal staff, enabling you to focus on impactful, strategic work. This is an outstanding opportunity for in-person collaboration, with occasional travel and clear pathways for career advancement. What You'll Do:
Draft, negotiate, and review complex commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements and software licensing. Advise on intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, and licensing. Ensure corporate compliance with evolving laws and regulations, including privacy (GDPR, CCPA) and data security. Collaborate with finance, HR, product, and marketing teams to assess legal risks. Mentor junior legal team members and play a key role in shaping legal strategy. What We're Looking For:
Salary Range: $175,000-$205,000 per year, based on experience. Bonus Eligibility: Annual performance-based bonus consideration. Minitab will match dollar for dollar up to the first 6% of employee's contribution. Employees are fully vested in the Minitab, LLC 401(k) Retirement Plan upon date of hire. PAID TIME OFF: Paid holidays, as well as 4 weeks of annual paid time off are provided. The annual paid time off increases one week every five years.
