THE JOB:
As a Busser at the Boulevard Pool at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the bar area, including the storerooms, food pickup zone, and overall beverage station.

THE STARTING RATE:

• 14.1983 + plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Support servers in delivering exceptional guest service.
• Prepare tables with polished flatware, glassware, linens, condiments, and accessories.
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and properly reset tables, including booth/chair cushions and tabletop items.
• Promptly clear and transport soiled dishware and linens to designated kitchen areas; dispose of waste appropriately.
• Assist with efficient table turnover by communicating with Servers, Hosts, and Management.
• Provide and refill beverages such as water, coffee, and soft drinks.
• Ensure all dining areas, including floors, are consistently clean and presentable.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Prior relevant experience as a busser/food runner within a fast paced, high volume restaurant operations is a bonus.
