Job Description Group Director, Business Development, EVP - Medical Communications Location: Remote or Hybrid - North America At IPG Health, we transform complex science into compelling healthcare communications that make a difference. We're looking for an ambitious Group Director, Business Development, EVP - Medical Communications to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and position our medical communications offering as an industry leader. Your Impact Growth & Leadership Shape and execute a strategic business development plan, aligning with IPG Health's growth objectives. Leverage your network to identify, secure, and lead new business opportunities across pharma and healthcare. Work with agency heads and senior colleagues to ensure Medical Communications is recognized as a center of excellence. Drive collaboration across the IPG Health network to maximize growth. Ensure a clear scientific narrative in pitches, supporting a compelling, medically focused story. Client & Industry Influence Build and nurture long-term client relationships, providing high-level scientific and strategic guidance. Shape pricing strategies and develop strong procurement relationships to maximize commercial success. People & Operations Increase awareness of IPG Health's capabilities, tools, and innovations within Medical Communications. Foster a culture of business growth, collaboration, and innovation. Support senior teams and portfolio directors in navigating complex client challenges. What You Bring Extensive pharmaceutical and healthcare industry network and a proven track record in business development. Scientific expertise and a deep understanding of medical communications and regulatory products, services, and solutions. We are looking for someone with a strong scientific background for this role and the ability to adapt to various therapeutic areas and disciplines.
