The Jack Henry's Talent Acquisition team is currently searching for a customer-centric and outcome-oriented TA Coordinator to join our People and Culture team. A successful candidate will be Excel savvy, a strong communicator, and a self-starter. This is a fasted-pace environment where you will be required to work with many individuals across a large organization. A strong attention to detail is essential. This position provides a great opportunity to learn about onboarding new associates, compliance regulations, and what it takes to be a successful member in a corporate recruiting environment.

The target salary range for this position is $50,000 - $68,000.

This is a hybrid role that can work remotely, that must be located in any of the following metro areas: Louisville, KY; Dallas, TX; Kansas City, MO; or Springfield; MO.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Collaborates closely with recruiters, hiring managers, background vendors, the legal team, and the TA Operations team to ensure seamless candidate progression through prescreening stages.
  • Meticulously reviews and monitors each step of the screening process, ensuring all necessary checks are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Identifies and confirms relevant work experience and conducts thorough reviews of compliance screens.
  • Maintains clear communication and provides timely updates to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the hiring process.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and commitment to compliance, upholding the integrity and efficiency of the talent acquisition function.
  • Assists in developing and maintaining SOP and other audit ready documentation.
  • Helps create and update all relevant Talent Acquisition Operations SOPs and documentation.
  • Helps manage the employee referral program by fielding referral submissions and managing payouts.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a formal talent acquisition or human resources role.
  • Good written and verbal communication, customer interactions and project management skills.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Has substantial understanding of the job, and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks. Works on moderately complex assignments, and often resolves issues and makes decisions or recommendations.
  • Ability to work with all levels of internal and external customers.
  • Strong understanding of Recruiting and HR concepts, policies and procedures, and administrative procedures.
  • Desire for a career as a full-time recruiter.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Strong skill in MS Outlook, Word, and the ability to learn additional programs as needed.
