What You'll Do:

As an Optometrist in this dynamic practice, you will manage a daily schedule of 15-20 patients, working alongside three other doctors. Each patient appointment is allocated 30 minutes, enabling thorough and individualized care. You will utilize state-of-the-art equipment, including Optos California for retinal imaging, Zeiss OCT/VF with advanced Glaucoma and Retina review software, Oculus 5M Keratograph for Dry Eye evaluation, Meibomian Gland Imaging and Topography, InflammaDry MMP-9 testing, and Blephex for ocular surface hygiene and expressions. Your role will be essential in diagnosing and treating a variety of eye conditions, ensuring that each patient receives the highest standard of care.

The ideal candidate is a caring, compassionate, and personable optometrist who is driven to serve patients and contribute to the profession of optometry. You are adaptable and embrace change, continually seeking new ways to improve the patient and staff experience. Previous experience and/or advanced education in Ocular Disease is preferred, enhancing your ability to provide exceptional care and expertise.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited program
  • Optometry license in the state of Minnesota

Preferred Specialties:

  • Previous experience and/or advanced education in Ocular Disease is preferred
