Head Men's Basketball Coach ID: 2025-2117 Category: Athletic Department Type: FLSA Status: Exempt Benefit Eligible: Benefit Eligible Location: St. Paul, Minnesota Office Location: 3900 Job Summary The Head Men's Basketball Coach oversees all aspects of the Men's Basketball team. This position is responsible for strategy development, practice and game scheduling, player management and team success while representing Bethel University in a Christ-like manner. This position is also responsible for an auxiliary role in the athletic department. Responsibilities

3+ years of experience coaching men's basketball at the NCAA level or equivalent experience. Education Bachelor's degree. Additional Information Travel: This position requires frequent local travel and some regional and national travel. Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as desktop and/or laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones. The work environment involves working for a suburban, Christian university in which all employees are expected to have a demonstrated commitment and personal relationship with Jesus Christ, a commitment to the mission and values of the University, and an agreement to abide by all University policies. Expected Hours of Work: Typically, days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, with the expectation to work specific schedules and hours as identified and communicated by management. Frequent evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. This is a 40 hour per week, 12 months per year position.
