Your Role Gensler is embarking on a multi-year, large scale, healthcare project with a very collaborative Owner-Architect-Contractor team. We are seeking a Design Technology Manager with in-depth knowledge of the entire design and construction process and a strong sense of innovation to support our Design Technology Leadership in managing a high level, world-class game changing project that will redefine patient care. The Design Technology Manager should exemplify leadership through a diverse portfolio of large-scale collaborative projects, experience with Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and Big Room concept, as well as the proven ability to work with large project teams. The Design TechnologyManager is a multifaceted role that provides project technical leadership, strategic vision and deep tactical expertise in the design technology and digital project delivery space. As a Design Technology Manager, you will champion the strategy, implementation, and management of all aspects of a long-term, high-profile project delivery, acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, author of critical project related documents / standards, as well as upholding the highest level of design and execution of project.
