Professional Services Group is now hiring for the position of Supervisor over our new Kenosha Clinic Day Treatment/IOP program! JOB SUMMARY: The Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the therapists within the Day Treatment/Intensive Outpatient program along with maintaining and managing the client intake process for the program. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DAY TREATMENT/IOP SUPERVISOR:
- Provide day-to-day leadership and management for Day Treatment/IOP therapists.
- Assist in hiring, training, supervising, evaluating, and disciplining Day Treatment/IOP therapist staff.
- Schedule intake appointments and enter required information into required medical record systems and verify insurance benefits.
- Provide in-person client contact and conduct assessments, including ASAM, MDA (multidimensional assessments), and suicide assessments for all intakes.
- Provide group and individual therapy.
- Assist with on-site crisis intervention.
LOCATION AND SCHEDULE: Position is onsite at our Kenosha Clinic. Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with occasional evenings as needed to accommodate client schedules. WHY WORK WITH PSG/CIP?

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have master's degree in social work, psychology or other related field.
- Must possess a Wisconsin LPC, LPC-IT, APSW, or LCSW and Substance Abuse Counselor (SAC or SAC-IT) licensure or be eligible.
- Pre-licensed therapists (LPC-IT, APSW) are also welcome to apply, and supervision is provided as part of the work environment.
- Driver's license, safe driving record, and proof of vehicle insurance
- Previous experience working with AODA clients preferred.
