SUMMARY The Global Events & Marketing Specialist is responsible for effectively managing and coordinating a wide range of events and marketing activities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to thrive under pressure, and excellent communication abilities. The specialist will support event execution, including tradeshows and regional roadshows, by overseeing logistics, budgeting, communication, reporting, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. You will help coordinate room blocks, transportation and travel schedules as needed. In this role, you will be interacting with internal employees, outside vendors, and clients on a regular basis. Additionally, they will assist with marketing campaigns, provide administrative support, and stay updated on industry trends. If residing within commutable distance to one of our offices, a hybrid schedule would be offered (3 days in office, 2 days work from home). The final compensation offered to a candidate will be determined by several factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
