Engagement lead Consulting

Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management: Orchestrate a large portfolio encompassing resources across onsite and offshore locations, spanning a spectrum of skill sets including Development, Manual Testing, Business Analysis, and Project Management.

• Business Development Initiatives: Drive new revenue generation through up selling & cross selling via proactive proposal submissions, responsive RFP/RFI handling, and strategic resource fulfillment.

• Operational Oversight: Manage the portfolio utilizing an efficient onsite/offshore model, ensuring seamless coordination and optimal resource allocation.

• Financial Management: Spearhead revenue forecasting and budgeting initiatives for the portfolio, aligning financial objectives with organizational goals.

• Delivery Excellence: Oversee delivery and onsite project management activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.

• Team Leadership & Empowerment: Provide comprehensive leadership by directing, motivating, and empowering the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

• Change Management & Risk Mitigation: Effectively manage changes to project scope or plan, assessing impacts on project risk, resources, and budget, while ensuring compliance with standard processes and stakeholder requirements.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary escalation point for addressing project-level or relationship issues between Cognizant and clients, fostering effective communication and resolution.

• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and track areas for process improvements, quality control enhancements, and productivity gains, driving operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

• Transparent Communication: Establish and maintain stakeholder matrices and communication plans, providing regular and timely status reports to ensure transparency and alignment.
