THIS IS A REMOTE OPPORTUNITY IN THE US.

Spiro is hiring a Field Services Coordinator to join our Field Services Department team. The Field Services Coordinator works in partnership with the Fields Services Department, delivering best-in-class service. The Field Services Coordinator is responsible for ordering services on behalf of our clients for tradeshows, conventions and private events. They are also responsible for managing product/service orders from order creation to show close dates.

Responsibilities



  • Work closely with our Account Teams to place vendor orders on behalf of our clients
  • Create purchase order requisitions for all vendors on terms
  • Reconcile credit card expense reports
  • Prepare projects for the billing process to the clients
  • Determine any invoicing discrepancies and make appropriate updates to PO for invoice matching
  • Prioritize projects given and ensure orders are placed timely and correctly to meet discount and delivery dates
  • Adapt to all changes both timely and last-minute

  • BS or the equivalent years of related experience
  • 1-2 years' experience in a customer service or similar environment

How to measure success



  • By 30 days, incumbent should understand team dynamics and perform basic job functions independently. This includes the ability to create simple Purchase Orders, place orders, create and send out confirmation packets.
  • By 60 days incumbent should be self-reliant on basic job functions and begin executing more complex tasks. This includes handling credit card vendors, submitting expense reports, and handling medium sized projects.
  • By 90 days, incumbent should have ownership over their projects in entirety. This includes using deductive reasoning to create correct Purchase Orders for more complex vendors and projects and handling larger sized projects as well as the ability to reconcile.
