POSITION SUMMARY:

The Recruiting Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to support the company's growth objectives. This role involves collaborating closely with departmental leaders to understand their hiring needs, identifying effective recruitment channels, and implementing best practices to attract, assess, and onboard top talent. The manager will provide a premier hiring experience to candidates and hiring managers by guiding them through the full cycle recruiting process. The ideal candidate must be team-focused and passionate about providing an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience, have a process improvement mindset, and excel in a fast-paced and professional working environment. This role will handle a complex recruitment portfolio of managers and senior leadership roles as well as directly managing a team of recruiters and specialists.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  • Develops and executes a strategic talent acquisition plan aligned with the company's objectives and growth trajectory.
  • Partners with VP of HR, senior leadership, business partners, and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develops proactive recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and professional organizations.
  • Leads and manages a team of recruiters and specialist for all departments within the business, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Implements innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse candidates and ensure a robust pipeline of qualified talent.
  • Oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Utilizes data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identifies areas for improvement, and makes data-driven decisions to optimize the recruitment process.
  • Stays abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition and incorporates them into the company's recruitment strategy.
  • Ensures compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborates with the Talent Acquisition Manager, VP of HR, and other HR leaders to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Works collaboratively with the HR leadership team on additional HR projects to support the overall HR strategy.


QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent combinations of education and/or experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with experience in a managerial role. Previous experience recruiting nonexempt, exempt and senior leadership level roles required.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), social media/recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Circa, etc.) and experience with ATS software (UKG preferred) is required.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Knowledge of employment laws to ensure adherence to equal employment opportunity requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality, think independently and work with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across a complex, matrixed organization; and exceptional relationship building and employee relations skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
