About the Position... The Credit Analyst III - Portfolio Risk Management (CA III - PRM) is an onsite position and does not have remote opportunities. The Credit Analyst III - Portfolio Risk Management (CA III - PRM), along with the other credit support staff, will work closely with the Director of Portfolio Risk Management to manage the Bank's portfolio risk. In this position, the main responsibility will be to complete annual reviews whereby updated financial statements were not provided. Preparation of a minimal annual review requires obtaining and reviewing updated credit reports, property inspections, reviewing property profile for changes in property vesting and lien position, verification that property taxes are paid, and adequate insurance certificates are in place. Additional duties include the preparation of spreading requests, covenant certifications and review of collateral audits completed by Credit Analysts I and II - Portfolio Risk Management. This position will assist in and provide guidance to Credit Analysts I and II - Portfolio Risk Management that manage the portfolio risk inbox as it relates to completing financial analysis for annual reviews, covenant monitoring and financial spreading requests from special assets and the sales team. This position will coach and interact with Loan Officers and Portfolio Managers to discuss annual reviews, covenant certifications, reporting requirement waivers with a goal to reduce past due ticklers. This position may assist as a backup in preparing the weekly Director and Management Loan Committee package in coordination with the Chief Credit Officer, as needed. In addition, this position will perform all duties accurately, timely and efficiently, and according to Bank policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines. They will also assist the Director of Portfolio Risk Management with other duties assigned. Qualifications
About You... Education/Certification: Bachelor's Degree in Math, Business or related field, required. Required Knowledge: Knowledge of banking and lending operations and procedures, as well as the various regulations and standard banking practices. Experience Required: 3 - 5 years credit and/or lending experience is preferred. Skills/Abilities:
