*Description*
The Invoicing Operations Analyst is a vital role within our Business Operations team, contributing significantly to the Finance organization. This position requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys collaborating across departments to ensure business success. The analyst will leverage their understanding of construction processes and terminology to review and approve invoices using our construction management tool, Sphere. They will apply logical reasoning to cost-plus and pass-through quoting based on the rate card. Core Responsibilities *Review and approve construction invoices, which are repetitive in nature. *Provide regular status updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders. *Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters. *Research vendor inquiries and confirm payment of invoices. *Manage a high volume of vendor invoices, including complex cases. *Interpret color-coded maps for invoice validation purposes. *Monitors compliance with invoicing Service Level Agreements *Utilize knowledge of Sphere for invoice processing (preferred). *Collaborate cross-functionally as needed. *Processes reserved construction invoice line items. *Perform additional business operations tasks as assigned. *Ensure regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. *Work on a computer for approximately 7-8 hours daily. Additional Responsibilities Employees at all levels are expected to: *Follow a hybrid schedule with four days in the office weekly. *Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. *Exhibit attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactivity. *Possess mathematical aptitude for invoice analysis. *Maintain focus amid frequent interruptions or distractions. *Handle fluctuating workloads effectively. *Communicate efficiently via telephone and email with contractors, business partners, and co-workers. Qualifications *Ability to grasp new concepts quickly. *Familiarity with construction terminology and processes is advantageous. *Experience with Sphere or similar tools is preferred. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing high volumes of work while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
