Overview

Milton CAT is seeking a highly driven person for our Service Advisor role to work at our location in Londonderry, NH or Scarborough, ME. This candidate will work within the Service Organization to support software, process, communication and technologies being utilized for both internal service technicians and customers. This position is well-positioned for further growth opportunities and advancement within the company.

Pay Rate: $60,000-$70,000. This is a salaried position.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and support efficient use and adoption of business systems for employees and customers
  • Recommend process/procedural changes, and help drive service-related process changes throughout the department and organization
  • Provide front line support of service employee computer technology and software applications.
  • Develop documentation to support processes.
  • Provide training on current systems, upgrades and new software implementations.
  • Work with the IT department on computer problem resolution.
  • Complete Business system testing
  • Flexible to work after hours when needed to meet customer needs.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related studies.
  • Knowledge of Information Technology and business process analysis.
  • Experience with computer setup (hardware/technical) and software installation.
  • Proficient in the use of a computer and related software (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and be detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced service environment.
  • Occasional travel typically within Milton CAT territory, must possess valid driver license.
