Pay Rate: $23 to $25 per hour The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess: Solid interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills Ability to quickly adapt to change What You Will Be Doing: On the Job Coaching and Teaching Employees in Cleanrooms the following skills Assembly and Testing: Building, repair, and testing electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies using various tools and instructions. Troubleshooting and Repair: Perform a wide range of assembly operations, identify and correct errors, and ensure conformance to specifications. Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment, follow safety protocols, and report any hazards or incidents. Quality Control: Inspect parts for defects, ensure all necessary parts are available, and use quality tools to solve problems. Collaboration and Training: Work closely with engineering on new product integration, provide input on product design, and train lower-level technicians. Data Entry and Documentation: Enter data on progress, running reports, work expenses, and labor details into computer systems. Physical Demands: The role involves standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working in noisy environments. Use of hand and power tools, and operating heavy machinery may be required. Protective Equipment: Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as coveralls, safety glasses, gloves, and respirators may be necessary, especially in clean room environments. *Functional Knowledge and Skills:* * Expertise: Advanced specialized expertise in analytical/scientific areas. * Leadership: Will work with a team, coordinate work, and provide guidance to junior members. * Problem Solving: Use judgment and experience to solve complex problems. * Interpersonal Skills: Communicate effectively and use tact and diplomacy What You Need to Bring to the Table: Bachelor's Degree Required Yes 5 Years of relevant experience Technical Skills Required: Previous Customer, or Supplier Manufacturing Experience Desired: Previous ETCH Semiconductor Employee Bonus Points!
