The Supply Chain Finance team in Juniper is looking for a strong Financial Analyst with relevant experience to support the financial reporting and analysis function related to Juniper's Supply Chain Operations. The ideal candidate for this role must possess excellent analytical capabilities, have a solid understanding of the levers that impact financials results, be data driven and detail oriented to analyze both quantitative and qualitative information into actionable insights and results.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Supply Chain Finance, this individual will become a critical part of the team and help drive several key activities including inventory and product cost analysis. This is a great role for a highly motivated individual who can function in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. You are detail oriented and highly analytical, constantly looking for areas of improvement, and implement automation in order to reduce your manual workload to focus on delivering insights into the business.

Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Cost Analysis Skills



  • Familiarity with bills of material in an electronics equipment supply chain.
  • Support product cost analysis including the impact of rebates, surcharges, tariff and other non-BOM cost. Own the consolidation of inventory supply and demand and assessment of potential excess supply.
  • Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain Operations, Business Unit Finance, Corporate FP&A, Corporate Accounting, Treasury and other Juniper teams.
  • Lead the development and implementation of relevant business-related metrics and processes to support key decision making.


Business and Communication Skills



  • Understand the big picture as well as details of our business and effectively communicate to guide successful outcomes.
  • Ability to communicate and present business analysis to business partners and other key stakeholders.
  • Business partnering skills with proactive approach to guiding the business with financial intelligence and insight.


Qualifications:



  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and capable of synthesizing multiple sources and large amount of data.
  • Attention to detail, self-directed, proactive, organized and efficient.
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure. MS Excel.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience preferred ideally including exposure to an outsourced supply chain model.

Minimum Salary: $117,600.00

Maximum Salary:$169,050.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $117,600.00 and $169,050.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
