Applications due by April 25, 2025 Pay Range DOE: $16 - $20/hour DOE Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 4:30pm; Friday 8:00am - Noon. This is a temp-to-hire with the eligibility of full-time permanent placement. This position is eligible for Paid Sick and Safe Time (PSST) under the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act. All employees may also make pre-tax or post-tax (Roth) contributions to our retirement plan - must be 18 years of age to participate. Goodwill of Colorado is a Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) eligible employer. JOB SUMMARY: Goodwill Staffing is looking for candidates with welding skills (MIG and stick primarily) and would ideally prefer someone who has enough experience to lead a second installation crew. The metal shop designs and fabricates metal railings for residential and commercial sites that will also be installed onsite. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
