Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Service Coordinator to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Create and maintain close customer relations
  • Phone support for customers and field technicians
  • Create quotes, scopes, contracts, which include creating and ordering the materials needed.
  • Installation knowledge, service, and troubleshooting of a variety of burglary alarm, Intercom, access, and camera systems
  • Instruct end users on the proper use of all installed equipment, and address questions or concerns.
  • Knowledge of system testing and signal verification


Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma; trade school and/or some 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience desired

  • At least 2 years scheduling experience for either plumbing service, heating & A/C, or low voltage contractor


  • Quality focus* Conflict resolution* Strong ability to multi-task in fast paced environment


  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including heavy telephone and email communication


  • Ability to analyze information to make informed decisions and recommendations


  • High attention to detail


  • Team-oriented and willingness to learn


  • Ability to meet assigned deadlines


  • Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and Word


  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and installation manuals


  • Ability to write simple correspondence


  • Ability to present information in one-on-one and small groups situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
