Description

PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process, including maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates, ensuring that open positions are filled with qualified, talented candidates, and creating and administering recruitment training.
Compensation is based on experience and the target salary is between $80,000.00 and $125,000.00 and is eligible for an annual incentive.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (performs other duties as assigned):
  • Reviews applications and interviews applicants to match experience with specific job related requirements.
  • Successfully manages, prioritizes and closes requisitions against stated timelines.
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify position specifications, develop job descriptions and educates them on the legal requirements of recruitment.
  • Partner closely with HR leadership to support initiatives across the full talent lifecycle, including career development, succession planning, and internal mobility.
  • Contribute to early careers and internship programs by identifying top talent, enhancing pipeline strategies, and supporting long-term workforce planning.
  • Drive proactive talent pipelining and talent mapping efforts, ensuring alignment with business needs and future capability requirements.
  • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Leverages online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to source high quality candidates. Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Monitors ATS (Applicant Tracking System) performance - opens and resolves vendor trouble-shooting tickets, and maintains applicant tracking records in compliance with Company and legal procedures.
  • Provides complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the Company and position.
  • Negotiates with candidate and extends formal employment offers ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Forges dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR team members
  • Conducts regular follow-up to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans.
  • Conducts pre-employment assessments and screenings (background checks, references, drug screenings, E-Verify, etc.).
  • Attends job fairs to represent the company as needed.
  • Participates in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies, including diverse hires and DEI strategies.
  • Prepares recruiting reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Completes special projects by clarifying project objectives, setting timetables and schedules, conducting research, developing and organizing information, and fulfilling various activities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or College Degree
  • Five plus years of recruiting experience
  • Excellent computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel for Recruitment events
  • High level of personal and professional integrity with ability to appropriately handle highly confidential information
  • Ability to multi-task and achieve specific, metric based results is key
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to appropriately modify communication style based on audience and subject matter
  • Ability to work independently on projects and function effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to effectively represent the company in a positive and professional manner
  • Strong interpersonal effectiveness with the ability to develop positive working relationships at all levels of the organization; includes ability to work across functional areas in order to accomplish objectives
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification
  • Advanced project management skills
