Come Join our Planmeca USA Team!
You are the Government and Special Accounts Coordinator / Project Coordinator that manages the installation and service projects, and will review and complete various technical documents and forms required for Schools, Government and Special Accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Manage direct sale installation projects from inception to completion
- Provide the site survey and assist with any site preparation inquiries.
- Create Field Service Requests (FSR) within D365.
- Assist with pre-installation calls
- Schedule installations with customers
- Work with the Project Manager, Field Service/ ASE team to complete installation.
- Alert trainers when an installation is scheduled.
- Complete all FDA / Government or other customer required documentation
- Answer preparation questions relating to software, IT, networking, DICOM, electrical, structural, and layout for both 2D and 3D x-ray imaging equipment
- Review completed project data to identify and implement process improvements
- Perform emergency backup duties in Field Service and Projects Supervisor's absence
- Provide technical documentation when requested
- Log all services in CRM software (FSR)
- Handle customer complaints and grievances and escalate when appropriate
- Maintain knowledge base on all current Planmeca products for installations and upgrades.
- Consistently present and maintain professionalism when communicating with Planmeca customers in person, via email, or phone.
- Work with the Project Manager, Field Service to update site surveys as needed.
- Meets company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedure
- Adheres to company policies, procedures and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments
- Performs other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Training and Experience
- Associate degree in a technical field
- Minimum 3 years technical support experience in dental or medical industry
- Ability to travel locally and domestically (Travel 5-10%)
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Windows and/or Mac operating system experience
- Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization
- Problem solving skills
- Proficient in project management software
- Experience with D365 service module
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Technical aptitude
- Customer/Client centric
- Good oral and written skills
- Ability to multitask
