Business Operations Intern, Renewals & Account Management Location: Reston Town Center, VA (Onsite) Internship Dates: June 2-August 1 Eligibility: U.S. Citizenship About the Role We are seeking a Business Operations Intern to support our Renewals Management and Account Planning efforts. This role provides a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience in business operations and customer engagement, and contribute to real business impact. If you are an analytical, detail-oriented, and customer-focused student pursuing a career in Business, Finance, or Administration, this internship will help develop your skills in data analysis, process improvement, and client relationship management. What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities * Renewals Management: Assist with follow-ups, make necessary revisions, and address customer inquiries. * Account Packet Refresh: Prepare FY26 Renewal Planning materials by updating account packets. * EOSL (End of Service Life) Refresh Project: Track EOSL equipment, verify refresh schedules, and notify account teams of gaps. * OEM Renewals: Handle backline quote requests, create renewal quotes, and manage OEM entitlement uploads in NetSuite. Who You Are: Qualifications & Skills * Senior graduating in Spring or Fall 2025 pursuing a Business Management, Business Administration, or Finance degree. * Analytical Thinker - Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw insights to support decision-making. * Strong Communicator - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration. * Team-Oriented - Works well within a team and supports group efforts. * Tech-Savvy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Adaptable & Detail-Oriented - Ability to adjust to changing priorities and handle sensitive customer information with care.
