Department: Troy- Adult Out Patient Services- HYBRID position GENERAL SUMMARY Responsible for the supervision of a Behavioral Health Services (BHS) - Outpatient Services therapy team such as; Organize workflow, monitor and approve work schedules, time off, payroll, assign cases, provide clinical supervision, hire, train, coach/discipline, and monitor staff while maintaining an assigned caseload and performing the responsibilities of a psychotherapist. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Doctoral degree in clinical or psychology (PhD or PsyD) or Master's degree in Social Work with preferred three (3) years' post degree. At least three (3) years' experience as Licensed Psychologist or LMSW in a behavioral outpatient setting. Administrative Supervisory Experience preferred CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED: Fully Licensed Psychologist; OR Licensed Master's in Social Work.
