About This Role
The Kansas State Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory within the College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking applicants for a Diagnostic Technician II. The person in this position will perform duties related to service and research. Perform tests on various analytes such as serum, whole blood, plasma, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), and mild using agar gel immunodiffusion (AGID), ELISA, indirect fluorescent antibody (IFA), agglutination, radial immunodiffusion (RID), and SNAP to detect antibodies and enter results into LIMS and other database system in the lab. Set up, adjust, maintain, and clean laboratory equipment and maintain the quality system through document reviews as well as corrective action responses and ensuring the quality of the test results.
