Daikin Applied is seeking a talented Enterprise Cybersecurity Analyst. The entry level Enterprise Cybersecurity Analyst will meet Enterprise Security risk identification and management mission objectives. The ideal candidate will have a foundation in technology principles, security concepts and compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001.

What you will do:

• Cybersecurity Analysis:




• Participate in activities to ensure risk management system objectives are met, maintained or exceeded
• Participate in and support the needs of Enterprise Security and IAM initiatives as needed




• GRC Support:




• Provide support as needed for Enterprise GRC




• Security Standards and Compliance:




• Support industry standards alignment and delivery
• Analyze and audit, as needed providing clarity and actionable information




• Incident Response and Risk Management:




• Collaborate with teams to address security incidents and help perform analysis
• Assess product risks and provide information and communication to help mitigate potential security issues




• Cybersecurity Collaboration:




• Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote security practices and frictionless security culture

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent training or experience
• 1 year of experience in technology, software, and cybersecurity
• Technology skills with a analysis and delivery focus.
• Understanding of technology delivery and/or cybersecurity
• Basic knowledge of encryption, authentication, and enterprise security concepts
• Hands-on experience in IT
• Experience with enterprise applications and technologies
• Familiarity with general IT platforms and systems
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in identifying and mitigating risks
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-department collaboration
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cybersecurity certifications such as Security+, CSP, CCSK
• Adaptability: Willingness to stay current with technological advancements and adapt accordingly
• Integrity: Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality
• Industry Experience: Demonstrated success in commercial HVAC and controls

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $73,300 - $117,000 in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
