Overview

Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Manager Member Operations Administration. Primary function: support coordination and execution of business-as-usual activities as well as strategic initiatives across all Member Operations business units. Liaise with key leaders and stakeholders across the coop to organize and drive execution of this work in collaborative manner. Reinforce balance of efficiency, member experience and employee engagement.


Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the Project Management Office, line of business leaders, and key stakeholders to support projects and initiatives that optimize the member and employee experience.
  • Oversee the ongoing maintenance of Member Operations policies and procedures to ensure timely and consistent reviews in alignment with established review schedules.
  • Serve as a liaison to the Learning & Development team to support and coordinate the training needs related to Member Operations.
  • Partner with Finance and the Member Operations leadership team to support budget planning and expense monitoring to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and operational needs.
  • Support the development and coordination of annual business objectives for Member Operations ensuring consistency and alignment with organization priorities across all teams.
  • Monitor and track audit schedules for Member Operations to ensure the appropriate resources are available and timely responses to audit requirements.
  • Track and manage the FTE plan, headcount, open positions, and org charts to ensure staffing needs are met and align with the budget.
  • Leverage technology and modern tools to organize various activities, helping to evolve appropriate reporting, data analysis, project management, vendor management capabilities.
  • Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Embrace and apply HVCU's guiding principles to all activities and responsibilities.   • Responsible for regular and predictable attendance including punctuality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration preferred
  • Six Sigma Lean Certification preferred
  • Minimum 6 Years Operations experience required
  • Minimum 6 Years Leadership experience required
  • Minimum 5 Years Financial Services experience required
  • Minimum 4 Years Technology/Reporting experience required
  • Minimum 2 Years Project Management experience required
